WHY TALL PEOPLE CAN'T BUY NIKE CLOTHES?

Just Don't Do it
*DISCLAIMER: I have no issues with the Nike brand and most of their apparel. The problem lies with their pants for me, and that will be the basis of this article.

Limited Selection for Tall Sizes

For Reference, the image on the right is how a Nike Tech fleece should fit.

When buying Nike items, the pants often fail to fit properly. Nike does have a filter for tall sizes on their website, offering options like small tall, medium tall, and large tall, but the selection is very limited. Living in Canada, I find there are only one or two items available in my size, and they can be expensive depending on your budget, often around $100 for a pair of pants.

Kevin Durant is 6’11”. These pants are probably either a taller variant of the Nike Tech Fleece available only in the US, or they have been altered for him. But these joints still don't fit well on him!

One significant issue with Nike’s clothing is the lack of detailed sizing information, particularly concerning inseams. When shopping online, the sizes are typically listed as small, medium, and large, with minimal details about the actual fit. While some product pages mention the model’s height, this information is not sufficient for tall people who need to know the exact inseam length. As a result, it becomes challenging to trust the fit of Nike’s pants. This lack of transparency in sizing makes it difficult for me, and likely many others, to confidently purchase Nike pants.
